Flight Training Anniversary

I have been flying for exactly 2 years now.  Today is my 2nd anniversary of my first flight! Sister AllStar

My younger sister and I got new rollerblades.  Mine are inline rollerblades and my sister’s are the original ones.  Yesterday I taught my sister how to play hockey.  She’s a miniature allstar out there.  Here is a picture of her scoring a goal.

My Trip to WestJet (Part 5 of 5)

My dad and I also got a tour of the hanger.  Unfortunately there were no airplanes in the hanger.  But we got to see a flight crew training cabin.  This cabin is fully capable of  simulating an inflight emergency.  Here is a picture of what it looks like from an outside view.

My Trip to WestJet (Part 4 of 5)

Here is a picture of me on final to land in Vancouver.  I got to log 1.5 hours in my log book.  We did a visual take-off, 2 landings, 1 vicut, a take-off with an engine failure, and a steep turn.

My Trip to WestJet (Part 3 of 5)

After the tour of disbatch,  I got to flying the Boeing 737-700 simulator.  This simulator costs about $50 MILLION !!!!!!!!!  It’s more expensive than the real airplane.  That’s alot for a simulator.  Anyway, I took off in Vancouver, British Columbia and I flew around Vancouver and did 2 landings.  The first landing was a passenger neck breaking [...]
